Browns cut Antonio Callaway days after WR was disciplined

The Cleveland Browns have waived Antonio Callaway, days after the wide receiver was made inactive for showing up late to last Sunday's game against the Bills.

The Browns activated offensive lineman Drew Forbes in a corresponding move.

A source told ESPN's Josina Anderson that Callaway had "too many issues," when asked why the team was waiving him.

Callaway was benched before Sunday's 19-16 victory over the Buffalo Bills for showing up late to FirstEnergy Stadium, a source told ESPN earlier this week, confirming a report by Cleveland.com.

Despite warming up in pregame Sunday, Callaway was ruled inactive, and after changing clothes he was spotted being escorted through the tunnel to watch the game elsewhere in the stadium.
