Browns could have a short-handed secondary on Sunday: Quick hits

BEREA, Ohio -- The Browns are a day closer to facing the Ravens, and the status of some of their key players in the secondary is still murky.

Cornerbacks Briean Boddy-Calhoun (knee) and Jamar Taylor (foot) both didn't practice for the second consecutive day. Defensive back Darius Hillary (knee) also didn't practice with a knee injury.

Meanwhile, safety Jabrill Peppers was again limited with a knee injury.

"I hope we are (OK)," head coach Hue Jackson said on Thursday, "but it is concerning because today was the last big, big practice. We need to see if we can get some guys back or we are going to have to do something to shore it up.
