BEREA: He’s not just an average Joe, but he’s been playing like one this season.
That’s the assessment Browns defensive coordinator Ray Horton offered Friday about two-time Pro Bowl cornerback Joe Haden.
Haden insisted the coach’s critique doesn’t bother him at all because he agrees.
“Not like I’m having a bad year, but to my standard, I just feel like I should be the best corner in the league,” Haden said. “And I don’t feel like I’ve been playing like the best corner in the league this year.”
Still, Haden is one of nine players with three interceptions this season.
