The 6-foot-6, 245-pound Ford, 25, is entering his fourth NFL season out of the University of Miami.
Ford appeared in 20 games, including five starts, with the Minnesota Vikings from 2013-14. He compiled 34 catches for 391 yards and a touchdown.
Last season, he was inactive for eight games with the Vikings and one game with the Ravens before being placed on injured reserve with a shoulder injury.
Ford entered the league as an undrafted rookie with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2012.
