The Cleveland Browns made pretty quick work to move on from OC Ken Dorsey and OL coach Andy Dickerson after the 2024 NFL season ended for the team. In short order, the Browns replaced Dickerson with Mike Bloomgren and then promoted Tommy Rees into Dorsey’s position.
