The Cleveland Browns made a few minor roster moves on Tuesday as the club signed tight end Jordan Franks and offensive tackle Timon Parris to the practice squad.
To accommodate the moves, the team released tight end Kyle Markway from the practice squad. A second move was not required as the Dallas Cowboys are signing quarterback Garrett Gilbert from Cleveland’s practice squad in the wake of quarterback Dak Prescott’s season-ending ankle injury.
The 6-foot-4 and 246-pound Franks originally entered the league with the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent in 2018 out of Central Florida.
