The Cleveland Browns welcomed back four players to the roster on Saturday and claimed a fifth player off of waivers in a busy day of transactions.
The club activated wide receiver Jarvis Landry, safety Karl Joseph and tight end Pharaoh Brown from the active/PUP list. In addition, wide receiver J’Mon Moore was activated from the active/NFI list.
Finally, Cleveland claimed cornerback M.J. Stewart off of waivers. Stewart was released on Thursday after two seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
A second-round draft pick by Buccaneers in the 2018 NFL Draft out of North Carolina, the 5-foot-11 and 200-pound Stewart played in 21 games and made six starts with Tampa Bay.
