The Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals will not face off until Week 7 of the 2024 NFL season but, with the difficult division, anything AFC North-related is important this season. The Bengals have had their fair share of drama this offseason.
WR Tee Higgins and DE Trey Hendrickson requested trades but were denied and reported to camp while WR Ja’Marr Chase has been in attendance but has not been participating. HC Zak Taylor said Chase would practice last week but the star receiver did not.
Chase is seeking a contract extension from Cincinnati but owner Mike Brown seems set on making Chase wait until next offseason to get it.
