The expectations for the Cleveland Browns were extremely high rolling into the 2024 season. They had just won 11 games, were named the highest Wild Card seed, and played in a post-season game.
The roster was getting their stud quarterback into the fold again. QB Deshaun Watson was again fully healthy and vowed to make this year something special. The defense was ranked #1 in almost every category statistically while special teams boasted one of the best punters, kickers, and long snappers.

Although there was an unknown factor with Watson, the expectations were that he would return to his former playing self he exhibited while as a member of the Houston Texans.
