“The Bucs are in bad need of a disruptive force on their defensive line and the 6’2, 287lb Oliver was all of that for Houston last year. Even if the Bucs don’t release/trade Gerald McCoy, a team can never have enough pass rushers and he should fill out the rotation nicely. If they do let McCoy go, then Oliver will should help create a formidable interior with Vita Vea (who came one pretty well last year as the season progressed).
