The Cleveland Browns started Day 3 of the 2018 NFL Draft by taking what can be best called a flier on Antonio Callaway, the wide receiver out of Florida. While immensely talented (both Mel Kiper and Todd McShay called him a first-round talent if it weren’t for the character issues), the character issues are hard to ignore.
At 5-foot-11 and 200-pounds, and owner of a 4.41 40-yard dash time, Callaway brings the size and speed to be an NFL receiver. He is the definition of potential. Callaway is the only player in the history of Florida Gators football to score a touchdown by rush, catch, pass, punt return and kickoff return.
