This is a very interesting pick that I actually speculated about earlier in the day. The reason is makes sense is because of Erving's versatility. He could be a starting offensive tackle for the Browns this year, but with the skills he showed at center, if C Alex Mack decides to opt out in 2016, the Browns have their insurance policy, and a good one.
