The Cleveland Browns aren't wasting any time putting together a wishlist of head coaching candidates in the wake of firing Mike Pettine, and the next coach on their list is Cincinnati Bengals offensive coordinator Hue Jackson.
Via Adam Schefter of NFL.com:
Browns requested permission for HC interview with Bengals OC Hue Jackson, per sources. Dolphins, 49ers also in on Jackson.

Formerly a head coach for the Oakland Raiders (2011), Jackson has spent four seasons on Marvin Lewis' coaching staff in Cincinnati, including the last two as offensive coordinator.
The Bengals ranked #15 in the regular season in total offense, but Jackson has overseen an evolution in quarterback Andy Dalton's game as Dalton emerged as an NFL MVP contender during the first half of the 2015 NFL season.
Jackson has worked as a coach/assistant in the NFL since 2001. As previously stated by Schefter, he is also being pursued for head coaching interviews by the San Francisco 49ers and Miami Dolphins.
