After committing in August, All-American Jordan Williams made it official with Clemson on Wednesday.
The four-star defensive end from Cox High in Virginia Beach, Va., signed his national letter of intent during a signing day ceremony at his high school that afternoon.
“Such a blessing,” Williams told The Clemson Insider. “Glad it’s finally official.”
Williams, a consensus top-300 player nationally, chose Clemson over finalists Virginia, Virginia Tech and Tennessee on Aug. 6.
The No. 135 overall prospect and No. 4 prospect in Virginia by Rivals is a key part of Clemson’s 2017 class that ranks 10th in the country according to ESPN.
