On Monday, Clemson’s coaches hit the road to start their work during the spring evaluation period.
Defensive coordinator Brent Venables has already made a few stops in the state of Virginia. His first visit Tuesday was at North Stafford High School, where he dropped off offers to 2019 athlete Devyn Ford and 2018 defensive lineman Nana Asiedu.
“My coach called me down to his classroom to tell me I had an offer from Clemson,” Ford told TheClemsonInsider on Tuesday night.
The 5-foot-11, 170-pound prospect already lists several offers, including Maryland, UNC, NC State, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia Tech and West Virginia.
