Zachary Carter, who’s ranked by Rivals as the second-best strong-side defensive end in the class of 2017, took his first visit to Clemson last fall for the Florida State game.
The four-star prospect from Tampa-Hillsborough returned to Clemson last weekend for Junior Day. Afterwards, he spoke with TheClemsonInsider about the trip.

What all stood out?
Carter: “Some of the best parts — something about Clemson that stands out is the family atmosphere that coach Swinney has established.
