Tomato fields motivate Mackensie Alexander

If Clemson Tigers defensive back Mackensie Alexander is looking for motivation, all he has to do is think of the tomato fields back in his hometown of Immokalee, Florida.

Located just over 50 miles northeast of Naples, Immokalee is known for being one of the major tomato-growing centers of the United States. It just so happens that Alexander’s father still works out in the tomato fields to support the family.

Just how Alexander’s father remains devoted to picking tomatoes, he himself has the same approach to his effort on the football field. Speaking to David Hood of Tigernet, Alexander went into greater detail.
