Jaelyn Lay (6’5, 220) from Riverdale, GA has committed to the Clemson Tigers. Lay is a jumbo WR who will play TE at Clemson. He is the composite number 447 player overall and a 3* but that number is going to rise dramatically. Clemson got in early in his recruitment and offered at the end of January. Georgia summarily followed suit and offered. He was recently offered by Miami as well. His stock is on the rise.
Lay gives you someone with receiver characteristics and hands to go with a big frame. He should easily continue to add weight and size to get in the 240-250 range without much trouble.
