Liberty tied the game with a two run bomb in the top of the fifth. Clemson bounced right back to regain the lead.
With two outs in the bottom of the fifth James Parker singled and then stole second. Adam Hackenberg earned his third RBI of the afternoon singling to drive in Parker.
After five Clemson leads the Flames 3-2.
