One of the handful of prospects from Alabama who visited Clemson for its game against Boston College last weekend was Hewitt-Trussville 2020 cornerback Malachi Moore.
It marked the sophomore standout’s first experience at Clemson.
“I absolutely loved it,” Moore said. “The overall atmosphere was what stood out the most. I mean everybody was so welcoming.”
Moore (6-0, 165) spoke with area recruiter Todd Bates, cornerbacks coach Mike Reed and defensive coordinator Brent Venables while on campus.
The Tigers let him know they have their eyes on him.
“All of them said basically the same thing: like we have been looking at you and are glad to have you here and we are going to continue looking at you, and they would love to have me back up to another game,” Moore said.
