CLEMSON, SC — Jordan Greene’s two-run home run in the seventh lifted the Tigers to a 8-6 victory over VMI in the first game of a doubleheader.
Brooks Crawford got the start for the Tigers. Crawford went 5.1 innings and gave up seven hits, three runs and two earned runs with seven strikeouts.
VMI took the lead in the top of the first with a two run home run.
Clemson got on the board in the bottom of the third. Bryce Teodosio hit a perfect bunt down the left field line to start things off for the Tigers.
