Clemson head Dabo Swinney says he wants to see 50,000 fans in Death Valley when the Tigers host their annual Orange & White Spring Game on April 9.
“If we can have 30,000 people show up for a pizza party we ought to have at least 50,000 show up for a spring game,” he said.
Swinney also used the possibility of this being Deshaun Watson’s last spring game of his Clemson career as extra incentive. Of course, it’s his first and his last. Watson did not play in either of the previous two spring games due to injury.
