Clemson added its third offensive line commitment in as many days when Cade Stewart flipped from Georgia Southern.
Last month, Clemson offered Stewart as a greyshirt, which allows him to join the team as a scholarship player in January. He decided to accept the offer on Sunday night with his family.
“It was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up,” Stewart said. “Being near my family, all around, it was a better decision.”
Clemson picked up commitments from 2017 targets Matt Bockhorst and Blake Vinson over the weekend. Stewart’s news went public on Monday night.
