CLEMSON — You cannot win them all or, in Stanford’s case, you cannot lose them all.
The Cardinal snapped their 11-game ACC losing streak Sunday, while at the same time ending No. 4 Clemson’s eight-game win streak. Stanford got home runs from Trevor Haskins, Jimmy Nati and Brandon Larson to avoid a fourth consecutive sweep in conference play with an 11-6 victory at Doug Kingsmore Stadium.
Sunday marked Stanford’s first win in conference play since beating Duke on March 16.
For the second straight day, the Cardinal did their damage with two outs. They were 8 of 17 with two gone in an inning.
