CLEMSON – The tough part of August camp has arrived, and a sweaty Dabo Swinney walked into the interview room following Saturday’s stadium scrimmage and laughingly chided the media for waiting in air-conditioned comfort.
“Y’all are soft! Soft! You’ve gotten soft on me. It’s a mindset,” Swinney said with a smile, before breaking down the results of the scrimmage. Swinney said the Tigers had endured a couple of tough days.
“Tough, tough day. Tough couple days. Yesterday was a true old-fashioned Jervey (Meadows) day, just hot, and the guys had to really push through,” Swinney said.
