On Monday, Clemson co-offensive coordinator Jeff Scott stopped by Knoxville Catholic to offer 2017 wide receiver Amari Rodgers.
Rodgers committed to USC earlier this summer, just a couple of weeks after he was in Clemson for the Dabo Swinney Football Camp. He worked out with Scott during the one-day workout in session one.
“He’s a great coach. He taught me a couple of things, too. I didn’t just go down there and do the camp,” Rodgers said. “He treated me like I was a player and he taught me a couple of things, so that was great.
