Salyer likes the Clemson coaches

Just over a week after he was named the best offensive lineman at The Opening in Atlanta, 2018 guard Jamaree Salyer returned to Clemson.

The Atlanta-Pace Academy four-star visited Clemson on Monday with his teammate, 2017 offensive tackle Andrew Thomas. Their last visit to Clemson was for January’s Junior Day event.

“Just how coach (Tony Elliott) stayed around us — all of the coaches stayed around us, loved us, talked to us a lot — it was just a great environment,” Salyer said.

The Tigers’ co-offensive coordinator/running back serves as the point man in the recruitment of the two prospects.
