Andrew Papp, the newest addition to Clemson’s 2015 baseball class, is wrapping up his season with the Post 1 Legion team in Raleigh.
At the end of the summer, he’ll head down to Tigertown, to begin his career with Monte Lee and the Clemson baseball program. The 6-foot-4, 200-pound right-handed pitcher from Leesville Road High School signed with Clemson, despite his commitment to N.C. State.
Papp will bring an impressive resume to Clemson.
As a senior, he went 7-2 with a 1.21 ERA. He had 70 strikeouts over 19 walks in 62 innings of work.
