Among the unofficial visitors for Clemson’s season opener versus Kent State on Saturday was 2019 linebacker Allen Walker.
The Alpharetta (Ga.) Milton product left Tiger Town highly impressed by his experience.
“I enjoyed being there a lot,” Walker told The Clemson Insider. “My favorite part was the family atmosphere, and all the coaches are so warm and friendly. And there’s nothing like watching them come down that hill.”
Walker (6-2, 195) was able to speak with defensive coordinator/linebackers coach Brent Venables as well as assistant Mike Reed while on campus.
“They said they really liked my size and length, and I had been hitting the weight room,” Walker said.
