Tre Lamar, Sean Pollard and Nyles Pinckney were joined by former South Carolina pledge Bryan Edwards as official visitors this weekend.
“Definitely talked with him as much as possible, (to) see what schools he’s looking at, but he said he’s just taking all his official visits right now,” Lamar said, “But we just kind of let him know that this is the spot.”
Edwards, like the trio of commitments, will graduate from high school next month. They’ll be joined by Tremayne Anchrum Jr., who committed late last week.
Christian Wilkins was Lamar’s player-host. Because Lamar’s been to Clemson several times over the last year-plus, he’s already gotten to know several of the current players.
