Notebook: Clemson sets record for consecutive home wins

Clemson has now won a school-record 14 consecutive games at home. The previous mark of 13 was set from 1927-30 and 2011-12.

“This was a great win. Winning 14 games in a row at home is a big deal. I told our guys that they’ve been playing football here for 100-plus years and there’s never been a group that’s won 14 in a row at home. I’m so proud of our guys,” Swinney said. “Boston College is a tough, physical, hard-nosed team. I loved our mentality. We dominated on defense in the first half, but we just missed on the offensive plays.
