Brock Hoffman, a junior offensive lineman from Statesville, N.C., visited Clemson earlier this month for the season-opener against Wofford.
It was the first trip to Tigertown for the 6-foot-3, 285-pound prospect.
“The Clemson visit, I really liked it, because of all the things they did for us. The tour of the facility and just the atmosphere around the coaches and around the game was very exciting,” Hoffman said.
Dan Brooks, Robbie Caldwell and Mike Reed all spoke with him. Their message?
“Just to keep working this season, progress.”
For week two, Hoffman went to Virginia Tech for the Furman game.
