Monday Night was a rough ending to a great season. You can't ask for much more than 12-2, a third straight playoff appearance, a third straight conference title, and dominating your rival for the fourth year in a row. But, you've probably seen that point reiterated ad nauseam on Twitter. The game, itself, was not great. There are no excuses to be made, Clemson was just beaten by a better team. Bama won at the line of scrimmage and was well prepared. Also, beating a Nick Saban team that has had extensive prep time is a tall task. However, let's take some time to look at a few things that stood out, in a good way, in this game.
