GREENVILLE, SC — TCI takes a look back at #14 Clemson’s (18-6) 9-7 win over Furman (10-14) on Tuesday night at Fluor Field.
What happened?
The Tigers got on the board first as Drew Wharton hit an RBI single to score Reed Rohlman who had reached on a HBP. The Paladins answered in the third as they used four hits and a Clemson error to take a 4-1 lead. The Tigers bounced back in the fourth to tie the game on K.J. Bryant’s first career homer, a three-run shot to tie the game. Furman re-took the lead with a run in the fourth to make it 5-4.
