TALLAHASSEE, FL — TCI takes a look back at Clemson’s (28-25, 14-13 ACC) 4-1 win over #8 Florida State (37-17, 17-11 ACC) on Thursday night at Dick Howser Stadium.
What happened?
The Seminoles struck first on a solo homer in the second inning. The Tigers tied the game in the fourth inning with a run on two hits as Reed Rohlman hit a one-out infield single and Chris Okey followed with a double in the left field gap. Clemson took the lead with another run in the fifth inning as Andrew Cox hit a one-out double off the wall in right, moved to third on Eli White’s infield single, and came in to score on Steven Duggar’s RBI single.
