The recruiting momentum continues for head coach Monte Lee and the Tigers with the commitment by Sam Hall, one of the top 2017 prospects in North Carolina.
The 6-2, 185-pound prospect from Hampstead visited Clemson on Wednesday and committed before leaving campus. His first stop in Tigertown was a week earlier, while on the way to the Perfect Game World Series.
“I took a week of praying and thinking, mostly praying, because I keep God in everything I do, so I went back on a visit on the way back home to North Carolina yesterday, so I committed yesterday,” Hall told TheClemsonInsider on Thursday, shortly after the announcement was made.
