After falling behind early in game two, Clemson battled back with a vengeance, clenching the series win thanks to Caden Grice who sent a homer to left field in the eighth to overtake No. 4 Louisville 5-4 at Doug Kingsmore Stadium in Clemson.
With the win, Clemson improves to 20-18 overall and 14-12 in ACC play in the fifth-straight win. Lefty Geoffrey Gilbert earns the win on the mound in relief and right-hander Nick Hoffman earns his second save of the season.
