While he was in town for Saturday’s game against Boston College, four-star defensive end Malik Herring spoke with three Clemson coaches.
Dabo Swinney, Brent Venables and Marion Hobby all caught up with the 6-foot-3, 250-pound prospect. Herring told TheClemsonInsider what each coach said to him.
Swinney: “He wants me to be there. I’m a perfect fit for them. I’m a really big prospect for them and they’re trying to recruit me with all they’ve got.”
Venables: “If I worked hard, he could see me playing early for them and I’m a perfect fit for their defense.
