CLEMSON – Former Clemson defensive end Ebenezer Ogundeko faces legal charges for the second time this summer.
Ogundeko was charged with third-degree assault and battery Friday by the Oconee County Police Department, first reported Tuesday morning by the Seneca Journal. Ogundeko, 19, was previously arrested May 18 for financial transaction card fraud, which got him dismissed from the Tigers’ football program the next day.
Ogundeko has since tweeted he was intending to transfer to Tennessee State to continue his football career.
According to the Oconee County Tenth Judicial Circuit online index, Ogundeko still lives at the Lightsey Bridge Apartments in Clemson.
