This Saturday Justin Falcinelli will play his first game as the starting center in a Clemson uniform. It’s a dream come true for him and something that has really not even hit him just yet.
“We were just talking about that this morning,” the junior said. “It’s hard to believe that it’s first game week. So after going through camp and all that I’m just excited that it’s finally time to get going.”
Falcinelli has big shoes to fill replacing former Clemson center Jay Guillermo, who was a two-time All-ACC center and played a vital role in the Tigers run to a national championship last year, but he already feels comfortable in the role and he is confident he can live up to the expectations that have been set for him.
