Elliott talks Anchrum

Clemson co-offensive coordinator Tony Elliott spoke with TCI on Monday afternoon about the Tigers’ latest commitment.

Because Tremayne Anchrum Jr. faxed his financial aid agreement paperwork last week, Elliott was permitted to discuss the third offensive line pledge to the 2016 class.

“If you go and watch his film, he’s very, very athletic. Very, very, very physical.

Just off the field, very focused young man. Reminds me a lot of Mitch Hyatt,” Elliott said. “Mitch wants to be an engineer. (Anchrum) wants to be a meteorologist. Kind of already has his plan already mapped and I think that’s the difference between the guys that come and have success early and the guys that have to develop a little bit.
