One of the top defensive linemen in the 2019 class, Jacob Lacey, made his first visit to Clemson on Saturday for Junior Day.
The defensive tackle from South Warren High in Bowling Green, Ky., spoke with The Clemson Insider about his experience.
“Absolutely incredible,” Lacey said. “Coach Swinney is amazing. Spent a lot of time with coach Bates, also spent time with coach Venables.
“Facilities are off the chart and truly a family atmosphere.”
Seeing Clemson’s new football operations facility was a highlight of the day for many of the recruits on campus, Lacey included.
