Clemson scored its second 2017 commitment on Monday night when four-star offensive tackle Noah DeHond jumped on his offer from the Tigers.
The 6-7, 315-pound prospect picked up his Clemson offer shortly after he reclassified from the 2016 class and announced he would leave his home in Rochester, N.Y. (McQuaid Jesuit) to attend The Peddie School (Highstown, N.J.).
DeHond committed to Clemson over offers from Alabama, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisville, Miami, UNC, Pittsburgh, Purdue, Rutgers, Virginia, Virginia Tech and Wisconsin.
TheClemsonInsider spoke with him on Monday night:
A lot of people out there kind of assumed it was Alabama, but why did you decide to go with Clemson?
