A former Clemson player heard his name called on Day 2 of the 2025 NFL Draft.
Andrew Mukuba was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the second round with the No. 64 overall pick – the final pick of Round 2.
Mukuba, of course, spent three seasons at Clemson before transferring back home to play his fourth and final season for Texas in 2024.
Mukuba will join a trio of former Clemson teammates on the Eagles’ roster – running back Will Shipley, linebacker Jeremiah Trotter Jr. and defensive end K.J. Henry.
Mukuba entered the transfer portal in December 2023 and then transferred to Texas in the spring of 2024.
