Clemson has pulled a few of Tennessee’s top prospects out of the Volunteer State during Dabo Swinney’s tenure as head coach, including offensive lineman Jay Guillermo (2012) and wide receivers Tee Higgins and Amari Rodgers (2017).
The Tigers have their eye on several prospects from Tennessee in the 2019 recruiting cycle. TCI takes a look at some of those prospects to watch as it relates to Clemson:
Trey Knox, 4-star WR, Murfreesboro, Tenn. (Blackman):
Knox is ranked by Rivals as a top-10 receiver and top-50 overall prospect in the 2019 class. Clemson extended an offer to him last September when he visited for the Boston College game.
