Christian Chancellor is no stranger to Clemson football.
Living so close by, the 2027 in-state DB (Daniel) has already made multiple visits to campus and has worked out at Dabo Swinney’s high school camp multiple times. However, his ties to the program go back further than that.
Chancellor is a legacy recruit. His father, Chris Chancellor, was a multi-year starter in the Tigers’ secondary back during the early years of Swinney’s tenure. The elder Chancellor started 44 games, recording nine interceptions.
Chancellor was back on campus at the end of March for the Underclass Experience, and this visit was different from those in the past.
