UAB transfer guard Efrem Johnson announced a commitment to Clemson on Sunday, becoming the third player the Tigers have landed out of the portal. He is fresh off a visit to campus.
Johnson, who has spent his entire career with the Blazers, will have one season of eligibility remaining. He entered the portal on April 1.
Last season, Johnson appeared in 37 games with 21 starts, playing 28 minutes per contest. He averaged 8.8 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game. Johnson is a career 34.
