Making his third visit to Clemson this past Saturday was Lawrenceville (Ga.) Archer defensive end Colby Wooden.
The top 2019 prospect attended the program’s junior day with his mother, father and brother.
“I loved it,” Wooden told TCI. “They loved it as well.”
The day was full of activities, such as touring the academic and athletic facilities as well as watching Clemson’s spring practice.
The Tigers impressed Wooden on the practice field.
“They’re very competitive and compete at a high level,” he said, “and they’re for sure going to be good.”
One element of the visit stood out to him the most, though.
