Clemson football coach Dabo Swinney told the media during a Zoom press conference Monday afternoon that WR Justyn Ross would miss the 2020 season with a neck injury.
Ross, who was suffering from stinger-like symptoms in the spring, had an X-Ray that revealed he was born with ‘congenital fusion’ and is slated to have surgery this Friday to address the problem.
The loss is certainly a big blow for Clemson football.
The top two wide receivers from the 2019 season- Ross and Tee Higgins– will now not play this season as Higgins has moved onto the NFL and Ross will be rehabbing an injury.
