According to USA Today, Clemson football assistant coaches rank second in the nation in total salaries.
The Tigers’ assistants, who made collectively $6.825 million this year, rank just behind Ohio State ($7.383 million).
While the Clemson football assistants are already making good money, you can expect to see their respective salaries increase following this season should they choose to stay with the Tiger program.
Clemson Assistants:
Currently, Brent Venables makes $2.2 million as the defensive coordinator for Clemson football. Venables’ name was rumored early for the Texas Tech head coaching job, which has since been filled.
